I've been Inspired

To actually create a 12 x 12 layout for me! I spend so much time creating and documenting events for others and making gifts I negelect to create for me. So after seeing some fabulous work by LRS girls Kristii, and Carla they have motivated me to make a layout of my daughter Jen. First I dug through my LRS kits I have been hoarding LOL and found the Feb. 08 kit (yes it was completely intact and in my stash) this kit featured Webster's Pages. It forced me to go outside my box and use multiple patterns (Thanks Kristii!!) I loved the look once I started. I found the perfect flowers to match and came up with this.

Now to continue to create? or bury my nose into my book? I have been reading Kabul Beauty School and it has been reminding me daily how much we have to be thankful for in this country!

I hope to continue doing both lol....

Tomorrow morning Kerry and I are headed out to brunch - its a free one sponsored by the casino in a hope to get you to spend money! Not being a gambler, I bring a book if Kerry wants to try out the Nickel machines.. lol last of the big spenders here, no really we do not go often just a splurge for something different to do and spend our $20.00 and then we are done! So really the free meal costs them more than they make on us..
